  2. You have to put the nuts in a blender and blend till they become smooth
  3. Then i used a manual food grinder to grind the raisins and cranberries and sunflower seeds.
  4. Then mix all this with the coconut and syrup into small balls. Then roll these in the remaining coconut powder and put them in the fridge…..enjoy!!!
