The ingredients needed to make Spiced Granola:
  1. Get 500 gr Organic Rolled Oats
  2. Get 300 gr Assorted Nuts/dried fruits (almond nut, cashew nut, golden flaxseed, pistachio, pumpkin seed,dried cranberries, etc)
  3. Get 50 g Coconut Oil
  4. Take 32 g - 100% Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
  5. Get 50 g - 100% Pure Honey
  6. Prepare 3 tbsp dark brown sugar
  7. Make ready 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  8. Take 1 tsp ginger powder
  9. Take 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions to make Spiced Granola:
  1. Mix everthing together EXCEPT the dried fruits. Bake 30 min, 180C.
  2. Turn mixture every 10min.
  3. Once you take it from the oven, stir in the dried fruits/dried cranberries. Let it cool and keep in airtight container. Ready to be served with your fav greek yogurt or you just can munch it as a healthy snack. Enjoy!
