- Pre heat oven to 400°
- Mix eggs and cream cheese in a bowl with electric hands mixer (eggs will foam)
- Place chicken in egg mix
- Mix bread crumbs, ranch seasoning, and cheddar cheese seasoning (I used pop corn seasoning) in another bowl those with lids work best
- Spray glass casserole dish with cooking spray
- Take chicken from eggs and place in bread crumb mix coat well (this is where a lid is nice kids can help as well)
- Place in glass casserole dish
- Spray with cooking spray over top of chicken.
- Cook tell pink is gone, remove, cool and, enjoy
