  2. Make ready 1 lb ground turkey
  3. Make ready 1 pkg taco seasoning
  4. Take 1/4 cup cream cheese spread
  5. Take 4 oz diced chiles
  6. Prepare 1 cup water divided
  7. Get 15 oz tomato puree
  8. Make ready 1 1/4 cup salsa
  9. Take 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  10. Get 30 oz ricotta cheese
  11. Take 2 cups shredded mexican cheese
  12. Get 2 eggs
Steps to make Taco Lasagna:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Brown ground turkey and drain
  3. Add taco seasoning, cream cheese spread and 1/2 cup water. Simmer until spread melts.
  4. Add diced chiles, 1/2 cup water, tomato puree, salsa and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.
  5. In a large bowl mix together ricotta cheese, 1 cup shredded mexican cheese and 2 eggs.
  6. Put 1 1/2 cups of meat and sauce mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan. Add layer of noodles follewed by half of cheese mixture. Repeat layering and finish with another layer of noodles and sauce. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 60 minutes.
