  2. Make ready 1 1/2 lb Bacon cut 1" pieces (fry medium doneness)

  1. In a casserole dish, put hashbrown mix in with seasoning and bacon. Stir together.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes, covered. Stir.
  3. Place back in oven for another 30 minutes covered.
  4. Take out and with a large spoon, make 6 egg indentations.
  5. Place eggs in each indentation.
  6. Preheat @ 425 for 25 minutes, uncovered.
  7. Add cheese of your choice and bake again til cheese is melted.
