Steps to make Lin's Brunch Quiche:
  1. Place bacon and sausages on separate trays and roast in oven at 180 degrees Celsius until cooked. - Remove from oven and allow to cool. - Once cooled chop up bacon and sausages but keep them seperate.
  2. Roll out pastry to fit flan dish approx size to fit. Use plain flour for dusting.
  3. Place enough spicy pasta sauce mix from the jar onto the base of your pastry, just enough to cover the base and not too much or the base will be too soggy.
  4. Grate up cheddar cheese into a bowl and set aside.
  5. Place eggs in a jug with milk, mustard powder and freshly ground pepper to your taste and whisk vigorously until mixture is well beaten and combined. Do not over beat eggs.
  6. Place Finley diced onion into pastry dish followed by bacon and sausages spread them around and mix it up to get an even flavour.
  7. Sprinkle in grated cheddar cheese all over the bacon and sausages and then place dollops of Stilton cheese all over the quich.
  8. Now pour over the beaten egg mixture until it reaches the brim of the pastry dish. Now place thinly sliced tomatoes or mushrooms or both in a circle around the top of the egg mixture on the quich. - Place this dish on a flat tray and cook in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hr or until cooked.
