  20. Make ready 3 Tbsp Cooking Oil (for stir frying)
  21. Prepare 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil (for sauce)

  1. Marinate the chicken with the marinade mixture for 30 minutes. Ground the peanuts in a food processor or chopper and set aside.
