  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add garlic and brown a lil. Add onions and salt, saute till golden. Add sausages and saute for 5 min.
  2. Add other spices except soy sauce, sugar and tomato paste and cook for 2-3 min more.
  3. Mix some water,soy sauce, sugar in tomato paste and pour in. Cook until water evaporates and curry release oil.
  4. Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice. :)
