  4. Take a tawa and heat it well, now put the rolled cracker of tawa and toast on both side. Make sure you do it on medium flame for about 2-3 mins each side but colour of cracker shouldn't change.
  5. Now pre heat the oven to 170°c and on the baking tray set the cracker and keep the chicken filling, sprinkle some capsicum, Tomatoes, italian spices and chopped cheese cubes. Bake in oven for about 13mins. Cracker is ready to serve warm.
  6. Note: No resting time needed for dough. You can spread the base on cracker before setting the filling. Same you can do on tawa if you don't have oven to bake.
